- PROPERTY CONSULTANT
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Description:
• Carrying out day-to-day functions of sales either independently or in conjunction with other Consultants.
• Liaising with clients to accommodate their buying, selling and leasing requirements.
• Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that up to date information is available for entry into relevant database programs.
• Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients, and briefing the Sales and Marketing Manager promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts.
• Ensuring that your dress standard and conduct are to an appropriate business-like standard at all times.
• Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to ensure timely remittances.
• Ensuring, as far as possible, that complaints and concerns are attended to speedily and satisfactorily as per the company standards.
Desired Profile:
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of Local & International Real Estate market.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Relationship building capabilities.
• Computer literate.
Experience: 1-2 years
Remuneration: As per the industry standards
Job Description
• Generating and closing deals with clients locally and internationally.
• Fixing appointments with the prospects through references/calls and from databases.
• Account servicing clients and getting business from them.
• Advising clients on their equity portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for the short/medium term tips and market related information.
• Advising clients to invest in the right investment scheme depending upon their future needs and returns.
• Handling client queries on immediate basis.
• Increasing productivity and analyse the failure and success point.
• Maintaining working relations with clients by keeping the up-to-date with the market position.
Desired Profile
• Graduate in Business Administration with relevant experience
• Good communication skills, presentable, go and getter, able to work under pressure.
Experience: 1-2 years
