It has been a great experience for me and my family while dealing with Belgrave Group. May  I take this opportunity now i am back in UK to thank everyone at Belgrave Group especially Johanna for all the hard work in finding me the properties in Michigan which suited my requirements. I will also be writing to Steve at B & L properties to also say a very big thank you for the quality of the refurbishments on both my properties, I was amazed to see the transformation, especially the new kitchens and Bathrooms, both my properties are now rented as you promised which as you know, was one of my main concerns initially. I have a further property which i may consider selling to fund the purchase of more properties, that’s if my wife lets me.

Once again it’s been a pleasure to do business with your company, and tell Johanna she will be receiving a nice bouquet of flowers from me and Rachel for all her hard work.

Good Morning All,

Paul and I wanted to take the time to email you all and thank you for all the time you have given us. We have both found that visiting the office was a great help and I am glad that we had taken the time to come to Southampton to choose our property.  I will look forward to our next investment with you.

After a brief conversation on the phone I decided to visit Belgrave Group in Southampton. I received a warm welcome from the staff and immediately offered a drink (which after a long journey was very much appreciated). I was given a thorough tour via a video and google earth, which certainly helped in my decision.

I hadn't planed to purchase on the day, but I am glad that I did. I have since spoken with my colleagues and they will be contacting you shortly.
